Expansion Tanks
The most over looked part of an airboat is it's cooling system! The GenIII or LS motors have one of the most advanced OEM cooling systems out there. From the factory the motors own cooling system is designed to remove any air bubbles via an air bubble tube that is located on top of the cylinder head. This tube is located at the coolants highest point. We have developed a expansion tank that removes air bubbles the way the OEM manufacture intended. Water and air enter the top of the tank then water falls to the bottom so only water exits and travels to the water pump! We also supply a cooling system schematic with or expansion tank to help our customers understand how these cooling systems work! $100

Billet Restrictor Disk
This is a new addition to our cooling system products. GenIII and LS motors are designed to operate over 200 degrees in a vehicle. Their thermostats don't allow flow until the water temp is well over 180 degrees F. These high temps are not acceptable for airboat use however if you remove the thermostat, due to the new water pumps complex design. Coolant will bypass your water pump and you will loose cooling capabilities. This CNC machined billet restrictor disk not only slows down coolant flow but also prevents coolant from bypassing your motor! The result is controlled lower temps with out any concern of a thermostat failure. Protect your investment with a fail safe restrictor! $105

Performance Radiators
This is our performance radator made by Griffen The dimensions are 24" x 19" it features two rows of 1" wide cores and should only be used in smaller lighter boats or race boats. The mount plates are made from T6 angle. This is not a radator for a 15ft airboat. This radator works great up too 600HP on a light hull. $350

Small block Radiator 31" x 19" This is an all aluminum radator with two 1" wide rows it's designed for airboat use! This is the standard size radiator for a small block engine or a boat under 15ft. $300

Big Block Radiator 31" x 27" All aluminum with two 1" wide rows radator designed for Big block airboats or boats over 15ft. $390

Mounting Kit
This is a great mounting kit for radiators. Kit comes with 8 thick rubber bushings and 8 large fender washers. This kit will allow you to isolate your radiator from harsh damaging vibrations. Mounting Kit $18

Water cross over bubble tube This is the simplest and easiest way to remove any air bubbles from your GenIII small block. This bubble tube mounts in the highest point of your cooling system on top of the heads and flows water and any air bubbles to your expansion tank. Thus removing all bubbles and promoting cross flow between your cylinder heads. Very easy to plumb with one barb facing upwards toward your expansion tank $29
