The 450 Horsepower LS1 is our entry level package, which uses only low mileage 346 cubic inch cores, most of which are 2001 or 2002 model year engines.

All of our 450 horsepower engines receive the following parts:

• New rod and main bearings
• New Total Seal file fit plasma moly rings
• New Corvette Z06 roller camshaft, lifters, and lifter guides
• New Comp Cams Hex Adjust timing chain
• New PC valve seals
• New G.M. main bolts, G.M. head bolts and ARP rod bolts installed
• New four barrel intake manifold with CNC profiled super sucker spacer plate
• New Holley 700 cfm double pumper with 50cc accelerator pump and larger discharge nozzles
• New MSD standalone ignition with preprogrammed timing curve (Fully programmable Ignition upgrade available) with over temp protection
• New belt tensioner with serpentine belt
• Self exciting 115 amp alternator with stainless steel brackets and fasteners
• New lightweight high torque starter
• New color matching spark plug wires
• Custom Innovative Accessories stainless long tube headers with 3/8 laser cut flanges specificaly developed for our engine packages
• Custom WaterThunder Performance sheet metal coil covers, powder coated in color of your choice
• Accessory belt, flywheel, all brackets and hardware, oil, filter and spark plugs

All of our 450 horsepower motors get the following labor performed:

• All cores are thoroughly inspected and all components cleaned
• Blocks honed, rod and main journals miced and checked for roundness
• All bearing clearances set for conventional 20w50 or 5w30 synthetic oil
• Piston to wall clearance set and rings gapped and installed to airboat tolerances
• camshaft installed and degreed (phased) to appropriate centerline
• Oil pump blueprinted and all passages in pan and oil pump ported to improve flow
• Set oil pump pressure bypass control according to oil used
• Five angle valve job performed to improve low lift flow and minor bowl port work performed
• Valve seat pressures set and heads decked .010 to increase compression
• Carburetor accelerator pump modified for airboat use
• Water pump modified for easy coolant system burping and improved circulation, 160F thermostat installed
• Locate, drill, and tap all coolant and oil pressure ports for NPT gauge fittings
• All motors come complete carb to pan with ignition timing, float levels and, base line jetting set
• Engines are filled with oil and test run, inspected for oil leaks and leak down tested after break in
• Break-in Oil filter is removed and inspected and a new filter installed
• All engines must meet our requirements for idle oil pressure, max oil pressure and leak down percentage, along with exhaust gas temperatures
• We have a quality assurance guide line sheet that all engines must meet 100% before delivery

Complete running package is only $6,500 + tax
